We want you to love vegetables as much as we do. So we hand-select the most beautiful vegetables, slice them, crisp them, and season them to perfection to make TERRA® chips. They’re the crunchy vegetable snack that’s so delicious, they make eating more vegetables almost too easy.
Our surprisingly delicious city roots.
This whole vegetable love story started when two New York chefs quit their jobs. Turns out, even running a four-star restaurant in Manhattan doesn’t compare to chasing your dreams. For their own catering business, Dana Sinkler and Alex Dzieduszycki wanted to create a deliciously beautiful bar snack. Enter vegetables. Thinly sliced, crisped, and salted just-so. The result was something even Dana and Alex didn’t see coming: Chips so crispy and delicious they had the power to make everyone love vegetables. And TERRA® chips were born.First served at elite New York parties and eventually requested by Saks Fifth Avenue, TERRA® quickly transformed into a veritable vegetable empire. Even after 20 years of growth, we still hand-select every vegetable, prepare them in small batches, and package them in our distinctive, simple black bags—a nod to our Brooklyn roots.

Batata

Native to South and Central America, batatas are mildly sweet and can be seasoned to sweet and savory. We do Both.

beet

Beautiful, bold, and earthy-sweet. Beets bring balanced flavor and a lovely display of color to some of our favorite blends. We heart beets!

Sweet Potato

Sweet potatoes are born to be chips. With or without salt, these dynamic, delicious root veggies always bring next-level flavor.

Kettle Potato

A classic for a reason. These superstars always produce crispy, golden chip perfection. You love them. We do too. Chip-cheers!

Parsnip

A root relative of parsley and carrots, parsnips deliver a delicate, peppery crunch with a hint of sweet spice that’s surprisingly perfect.

Naturally Blue Potato

These vibrant blue beauties taste like, well, potatoes! Suddenly, having the blues is a good thing. A very good thing.

Plantain

A tasty fruit and global culinary star. Sweet like a banana, minus the banana flavor, plantains make a perfectly crispy snack.

Taro

A buttery-smooth island root vegetable. Taro is mildly nutty, delicately sweet and brings subtle vanilla undertones, resulting in a chip with matchless flavor and crunch.
